In-Licenses definition

In-Licenses means, collectively, the Alnylam In-Licenses and the MedCo In-Licenses.
In-Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(c).
In-Licenses means any existing or future agreement pursuant to which Borrower and/or any of its Subsidiaries obtains rights to LFRP Intellectual Property or other rights used in the LFRP.

In-Licenses means, collectively, all Existing Surface In-Licenses, all Existing Novartis In-Licenses and all Collaboration In-Licenses.
