Inactive Employee definition

Inactive Employee means an employee who is not actively at work due to approved leave of absence, short-term disability leave or military leave.
Inactive Employee has the meaning specified in Section 7.01(a).
Inactive Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b).

Examples of Inactive Employee in a sentence

  • In the case of any Inactive Employee who becomes a Transferred Employee following the Closing Date, all references in this Agreement to the Closing or the Closing Date (including in the definition of Accrued PTO) shall be deemed to be references to the date on which such individual becomes a Transferred Employee.

Inactive Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(a).
