Increase Date definition

Increase Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

Increase Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).

Increase Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(c).

Examples of Increase Date in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and provisions of any new Loans issued by any Assuming Lender or Increasing Lender, and the Commitment Increase of any Assuming Lender or Increasing Lender, shall be identical to the terms and provisions of Loans of the applicable Class issued by, and the Commitments of the applicable Class of, the Lenders immediately prior to the applicable Commitment Increase Date.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the parties hereto acknowledge that the Borrowers shall not be required to make the foregoing representation and warranty set forth in this Section 5.05(b) other than on the Effective Date and/or any Extension Effective Date and any Commitment Increase Date, as prescribed and modified pursuant to Section 2.13(f)(ii) and Section 2.04(c)(ii)(D), respectively.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and provisions of any new Loans issued by any Assuming Lender or Increasing Lender, and the Commitment Increase of any Assuming Lender or Increasing Lender, shall be identical to terms and provisions of the Loans issued by, and the Commitments of, the Lenders immediately prior to the applicable Commitment Increase Date.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the parties hereto acknowledge that the Borrowers shall not be required to make the foregoing representation and warranty set forth in this Section 5.06 other than on the Effective Date and/or any Extension Effective Date and any Commitment Increase Date, as prescribed and modified pursuant to Section 2.13(f)(ii) and Section 2.04(c)(ii)(D), respectively.

• Should the Landlord elect to do so they will first serve written notice on the Tenant in accordance with these Tenancy Terms and Conditions of at least one calendar month prior to the Rent Increase Date (“the Rent Increase Notice”).

Increase Date is defined in Section 2.3(a).

Increase Date means the date on which an Increase occurs.
