This Incremental Cost input in the TRC analysis is not reduced by the amount of any Incentives (any Financial Incentives Paid to Customers or Incentives Paid to Third Parties by a Program Administrator that is intended to reduce the price of the efficient Measure to the Customer). Incremental Cost calculations will vary depending on the type of efficient Measure being implemented as set forth in the IL-TRM.
