Upon receipt of sufficient commitments for the Incremental Facilities to become effective in accordance with this Section, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall determine the effective date (the “Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation and amount of such increase, which may be less than the requested amount so long as the same is acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
