The liability recognized in respect of these plans is the present value of the defined benefit obligation at the balance sheet date, less the fair value of plan assets, adjusted by actuarial gains or losses and past-service costs.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Borrower shall not be entitled to request, or to elect to convert or continue, any Borrowing under a Facility if the Interest Period requested with respect thereto would end after the Revolving Maturity Date, the Term Loan Maturity Date, any Extended Maturity Date, any Incremental Maturity Date or Refinancing Maturity Date, as applicable.
