Incremental Revolving Commitment definition
Incremental Revolving Commitment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Revolving Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant to an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate permitted amount of such Lender’s Revolving Exposure under such Incremental Facility Agreement.
Incremental Revolving Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.23.

If there is a new Revolving Borrowing on such Incremental Revolving Commitment Closing Date, the Revolving Lenders after giving effect to such Incremental Revolving Commitments shall make such Revolving Loans in accordance with Section 2.01.

Incremental Revolving Commitment means any commitment made by a lender to provide all or any portion of any Incremental Revolving Facility.
