Incremental Subordinated Amount definition

Incremental Subordinated Amount means, for any Determination Date, the product of:
Incremental Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any Determination Date, the result obtained by multiplying (a) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of (i) (A) the Invested Amount on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or (B) with respect to the first Determination Date, the Invested Amount on the Closing Date and (ii) (A) the Available Subordinated Amount for such Determination Date (calculated without adding the Incremental Subordinated Amount for such Distribution Date as described in clause (c) of the definition thereof) or (B) with respect to the first Determination Date, the product of the Invested Amount on the Closing Date and the Subordinated Percentage and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance on such last day by (b) the Trust Incremental Subordinated Amount.
Incremental Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the result obtained by multiplying (a) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Invested Amount on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period (or with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Invested Amount on the Closing Date) and the Available Subordinated Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated without subtracting or adding the Incremental Subordinated Amount for such Distribution Date as described in clause (x) of the definition of Available Subordinated Amount or clause (b) of the definition of Required Subordinated Amount), and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance on such last day by (b) the Overconcentration Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • The Transferor will transfer to the Issuer on each Transfer Date any and all Ineligible Receivables arising in connection with any Account; provided that (i) on the applicable Transfer Date, such Account is an Eligible Account and (ii) the Incremental Subordinated Amount is adjusted in accordance with the related Indenture Supplement.

Incremental Subordinated Amount means, with respect to any Series at any time of determination, an amount equal to the incremental subordinated amount specified in the related Series Supplement.
