Incremental Term Advances definition

Incremental Term Advances means Term Advances made by one or more Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.01(g). Incremental Term Advances may be made in the form of, to the extent permitted by Section 2.04 and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Other Term Advances.
Incremental Term Advances means term loan advances made by one or more Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(d).
Incremental Term Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

More Definitions of Incremental Term Advances

Incremental Term Advances means term Advances made by one or more Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.21(a). Incremental Term Advances which have the same terms as the Term Advances shall, after the making thereof, be Term Advances.
