Incremental Term Commitments definition

Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Incremental Term Commitments the commitments (if any) of Lenders (including New Lenders) to make Incremental Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.25(a) and the Incremental Term Loans in respect thereof.
