Examples of Incumbent Directors in a sentence
A change in the composition of the Board, as a result of which fewer than a majority of the directors are Incumbent Directors.
A change in the composition of the Board of Directors, as a result of which fewer than a majority of the directors are Incumbent Directors.
A change in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company, as a result of which fewer than a majority of the directors are Incumbent Directors.
For purposes of the preceding, individuals who are elected pursuant to clause (B) also shall be considered Incumbent Directors.
