Indenture Accounts definition

Indenture Accounts means the Indenture Distribution Account and the Indenture Collection Account.
Indenture Accounts means, with respect to the Indenture Securities of any series, the Indenture Securities Account and each Debt Service Reserve Account (if any) established for the benefit of Holders of the Indenture Securities of such series.
Indenture Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(a).

Examples of Indenture Accounts in a sentence

  • No more than the greater of $15 million or 50% of the amounts on deposit in the Indenture Accounts (determined at the time of investment) shall be invested in either Commercial Paper of a single issuer or Investment Agreements with a single provider.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no funds shall be invested with respect to such Indenture Accounts absent the Note Administrator having first received (i) the requisite written investment direction from the Issuer with respect to the investment of such funds, and (ii) the IRS forms and other documentation required by this paragraph.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Indenture Accounts (including income, if any, earned on the investments of funds in such account) will be owned by Sub-REIT, if the Issuer is wholly-owned by Sub-REIT, or a subsequent REIT that wholly owns the Issuer, for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

Indenture Accounts means (a) Collateral Accounts (as defined in the Indenture) and (b) the Excess Cash Flow Account (as defined in the Indenture).

In addition, the Originator of the applicable Contributed Construction Loan and Metrofinanciera will have the right to replace certain Contributed Construction Loans, which it reasonably believes will become delinquent or will otherwise require intervention (each such Contributed Construction Loan, an “Impaired Contributed Construction Loan”), with Replacement Contributed Construction Loans.

Indenture Accounts means the following accounts so designated and created pursuant to the Indenture and which are pledged to the Indenture Trustee as security for the First Mortgage Bonds: (i) the Indenture Securities Account; (ii) Debt Service Reserve Account; and (iii) any Additional Debt Service Reserve Account with respect to the Indenture Securities.
