Indenture Notes definition

Indenture Notes means the Notes.
Indenture Notes means the senior unsecured notes issued by CRI in the aggregate principal amount of at least $150,000,000 due 2007 and issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Indenture Notes means the notes issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Examples of Indenture Notes in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Indenture, Notes may be converted in part, but only in Authorized Denominations.

  • If, at the time the successor by merger or consolidation to the Indenture Trustee succeeds to the trusts created by this Indenture, Notes have been authenticated but not delivered, the successor Indenture Trustee may adopt the certificate of authentication of a predecessor Indenture Trustee and deliver the Notes so authenticated.

More Definitions of Indenture Notes

Indenture Notes means, collectively, the First Priority Notes and the Second Priority Notes.
Indenture Notes means those certain 6.25% Senior Convertible Notes due 2010 issued by the Company pursuant to the Indenture in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed seven million dollars ($7,000,000) at any one time outstanding plus accrued and unpaid interest in an amount not to exceed the rate set forth in the Indenture as of March 27, 2008.

Indenture Notes means, collectively, those certain Series B 14 1/2% --------------- Senior Notes Due 2008 issued pursuant to the Indenture.
