Notwithstanding the foregoing, any person who is first elected or appointed an Independent Board Member of the Fund may file this form before or within 30 days after first becoming an Independent Board Member.
An Independent Board Member who has elected to defer compensation under the Plan, or is receiving payments under the Plan in respect of prior service as an Independent Board Member.
