Independent Body definition

Independent Body means an entity which is independent to the Grant Recipient and has been appointed in accordance with the principles set out in Section 8.5.2 of the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide; Indicative Allocation means such part of the Allocated Total Grant attributed to the Indicative Proposals in OPS; Indicative Dwelling means an LLR Dwelling or SO Dwelling forming part of the Indicative Proposals;

Examples of Independent Body in a sentence

  • If the Independent Body makes (or is deemed to make) any supply for VAT purposes for which such sum (or any part thereof) is in consideration and VAT is or becomes chargeable in respect of such supply, the Company shall pay to the Independent Body (within 14 days of the receipt of a valid VAT invoice) an additional sum equal to the amount of any VAT so chargeable for which the Independent Body is liable to account.

  • The Company shall provide the Independent Body with any additional information requested by the Independent Body which is, in the opinion of the Independent Body, necessary or desirable in order for the Independent Body to assess the Updated Business Case or Revised Business Case.

  • The Company further agrees that it will not (and will procure that members of its group and the respective Representatives of the Company and members of its group will not) take any action which could reasonably be expected to damage the reputation or be detrimental to or otherwise critical of the Independent Body or any of its Representatives.
