Independent Contractor Equipment List definition

Independent Contractor Equipment List means a written list of the Independent Contractor Equipment and the related parts and supplies located at the BayBeck Mine, including the make, model and serial number of each item on the list.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.
