Coverage shall include, Premises and Operations, Independent Contractors, Products and Completed Operations, Contractual Liability and Broad Form Property Damage coverage.
In carrying out the work contemplated herein, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable federal and state workers’ compensation and liability laws and regulations with respect to the officers, agents and/or employees conducting and participating in the work; and agrees that such officers, agents, and/or employees will be considered as Independent Contractors and shall not be treated or considered in any way as officers, agents and/or employees of COUNTY.
Coverage will include, but not be limited to, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal Injury, Contractual Liability for this Agreement, Independent Contractors, Broad Form Property Damage including Completed Operations and Products and Completed Operations Coverage.

The Independent Contractor shall have no right to transfer or assign the Independent Contractors rights or obligations under this Agreement.
