Independent Firm definition

Independent Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 10.03 of this Agreement.
Independent Firm means a recognized law or accounting firm, provided however, that such term shall not include any accounting firm that performs or has preformed audit services with respect to ALLETE or ADESA.
Independent Firm has the meaning provided in Section 3.2(b).

Examples of Independent Firm in a sentence

  • The Independent Firm shall act as an arbitrator to resolve all points of disagreement and its decision shall be final and binding upon all parties involved.
