Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator means GLJ, who evaluated the crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas reserves of Harvest as at December 31, 2014 in accordance with the standards contained in the COGE Handbook and the reserve definitions and other requirements contained in NI 51‐101.
Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator means an individual who: (a) is Independent; (b) in respect of the preparation of a report contemplated in Sections 8.2(1)(b) or 8.2(2), possesses professional qualifications and experience appropriate for the estimation, evaluation and review of the data and information required to prepare the report on Eligible Reserves contemplated in Sections 8.2(1)(b) or 8.2(2); and (c) is a member in good standing of a Professional Organization.
