Independent Surveyor definition

Independent Surveyor means the surveyor appointed under clause 17 of this Licence Agreement for the purpose of determining any dispute under clauses 8 or 9.5 or for the purpose of assessing the value of the Caravan under clause 13.
Independent Surveyor means an independent survey Company or a surveyor appointed from time to time by the Seller in its sole discretion or jointly appointed by the Seller and the Buyer, as the case may be.
Independent Surveyor has the meaning given in Clause 10.5;

Examples of Independent Surveyor in a sentence

  • No deduction on account of Excess Clause would be allowed for settlement of claim for short landed/damaged quantity as revealed by the findings of the Independent Surveyor appointed by the Buyer.

  • For all effects and purposes, results of the Seller’s appointed Independent Surveyor will be final and binding on the parties.

More Definitions of Independent Surveyor

Independent Surveyor means an independent surveyor appointed pursuant to Sub-Clause 8(6) to witness the unloading and the calculation of the Quantity Delivered.
