Independent Technical Consultant definition

Independent Technical Consultant means the technical engineering consultant as the Administrative Agent, in consultation with the Borrower, may engage from time to time to monitor the Borrower’s construction under and compliance with the Construction Schedule and Capital Spending Plan, certify the passage of the Completion tests and otherwise carry out the responsibilities of the Independent Technical Consultant under the Loan Documents.
Independent Technical Consultant means Xx Xxxx Xxx of Teleconsultants and Associates Limited, who shall assist the Banks in connection with the Project or any replacement consulting firm nominated by the Majority Banks after consultation with the Borrower.
Independent Technical Consultant means RPM Global Canada Limited or such other independent technical consultant as the Lenders may appoint, in consultation with the Borrower, the Technical Agent and the Environmental and Social Agent from time to time.
