During any Index Rate Period, the Bonds are not subject to optional redemption.
The Calculation Agent shall determine the LIBOR Index Rate on each Computation Date during the LIBOR Index Rate Period, and such rate shall become effective on the LIBOR Index Reset Date next succeeding the Computation Date and interest at such rate shall accrue each day during such LIBOR Index Rate Period, commencing on and including the first day of such period to but excluding the last day of such period.
During any LIBOR Index Rate Period, interest on the Bonds shall be computed on the basis of a 360‑day year for the actual number of days elapsed.
The Calculation Agent shall determine the SIFMA Index Rate on each Computation Date during the SIFMA Index Rate Period, and such rate shall become effective on the SIFMA Rate Reset Date next succeeding such Computation Date and interest at such rate shall accrue each day during such Series B Note Calculation Period, commencing on and including the first day of such period to but excluding the last day of such period.
In addition, the Company at its option, with prior written consent of the Holders, may determine to establish a new Index Rate Period in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.03(f)(iv) of the Indenture.
