Indirect Access definition

Indirect Access means access to criminal justice information, in oral, online or printed form, by an individual without approved DELJIS credentials for direct access.
Indirect Access means any other connection to a UTP Level 1 Real-Time Data Feed.
Indirect Access means access to one or more of the Authorizing SROs’ Transmission Facilities through an intermediary and in a manner that (i) allows the access recipient to control the redistribution of Market Data or (ii) precludes the access provider (A) from exercising entitlement controls over the access recipient’s use of Market Data in a manner that is satisfactory to NYSE, or (B) from otherwise fulfilling its reporting obligations under its agreement with the Authorizing SROs. (This Agreement provides terms and conditions pursuant to which Customer may provide and/or receive Indirect Access.)

  • Indirect Access occurs when individual users at the Governmental Unit go to another Governmental Unit to obtain data and information from BCA’s systems and tools.

  • If BT fails to meet the commitment relating to Route to Credit Control, Temporary Out of Service or Indirect Access Call Barring set out in paragraph 3.3, then subject to any limitations, BT will credit the call usage charges incurred on those lines on which BT has failed to implement those orders which are ceased within 2 months of the order being placed.
