Individual Participant definition
Individual Participant means a Participant who is an individual;
Individual Participant. With regard to each office of Firm Participant, the principal broker or appraiser manager that supervises Subscriber’s real estate activities and on whose behalf Subscriber conducts those real estate activities.
Individual Participant. NWWMLS Service: The services NWWMLS provides to Subscriber under this Agreement and similar services NWWMLS provides to third parties under similar agreements, including any access or license to the NWWMLS Software, the NWWMLS Database, and the NWWMLS System.
Individual Participant means any individual who is contributing to, or has a balance credited in, an IRA through the program.

MHMLS Service: The services MHMLS provides to Subscriber under this Agreement and similar services MHMLS provides to third parties under similar agreements, including any access or license to the MHMLS Software, the MHMLS Database, and the MHMLS System. MHMLS Software: MHMLS’s proprietary web browser interface(s) to the MHMLS System.
Individual Participant shall have the meaning set forth in the Participants Agreement.
