Individual Performance Modifier definition
Individual Performance Modifier means a percentage based on individual Participant performance established by the O&C Committee for Executive Officers and Additional Persons or the Executive Team for other Participants, in accordance with Article IV, and used in determining a Participant’s Award. The Individual Performance Modifier may be based on factors which include, without limitation, Company financial or operational measures, individual management and other goals, personal job objectives and competencies, the demonstration of team building and support attributes, and general demeanor and behavior.
Individual Performance Modifier means individual Participant performance approved by the SPC or O&C Committee (with respect to Executive Officers and Additional Persons) and used in determining a Participant’s Award.
Individual Performance Modifier. The Committee has retained discretion to increase or decrease an individual’s payout under the Program based on individual performance.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Program and this Agreement, including, without limitation, Sections 3(b) and 6, the final amount of your Award shall be equal to the dollar amount obtained by multiplying your Payout Target (expressed as dollar amount) by the Company’s achievements on the Performance Goals This amount shall then be increased or decreased by application of the Individual Performance Modifier, if any.
The maximum value of the Award shall not exceed 200% of your Payout Target, subject to the application of any Individual Performance Modifier.

Individual Performance Modifier means individual Participant performance established by the SLT, in accordance with Article IV, and used in determining a Participant’s Award. The Individual Performance Modifier may include, without limitation, Company or Business Unit financial or operational measures, individual management and other goals, personal job objectives and competencies, the demonstration of team building and support attributes, and general demeanor and behavior.
Individual Performance Modifier means a percentage modifier, not to exceed 150%, based on an Eligible Employee’s achievement of (1) the goals and objectives assigned by the Eligible Employee’s manager and (2) such performance objectives and expectations established by the Committee. An Individual Performance Modifier may be measured on an absolute basis or in relation to other employees. Failure to meet performance objectives, including, without limitation, failure to complete annual compliance training requirements may result in an Individual Performance Modifier of 0%.
