Accordingly, nothing in this Inducement Agreement confers upon Optionee any right with respect to continuing the Optionee’s relationship as an employee of the Company, nor will this Inducement Agreement interfere in any way with the Optionee’s right or the Company’s right to terminate such relationship at any time, with or without cause, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
The terms of this Inducement Agreement shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of the Optionee.
This Option may be exercised only within the term set out in Section 1, and may be exercised during such term only in accordance with the terms of this Inducement Agreement.
