Industrial Authority definition

Industrial Authority means the Public Service Commission, as constituted under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, the Government Sector Employment Regulation 2014 and the Government Sector Employment Rules 2014.
Industrial Authority or "IDA" means the York County Industrial Development Authority or any lawful successor body thereto.
