Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit definition

Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit means and shall refer to a permit issued by the City to an Industrial User that allows, limits and/or prohibits the discharge of pollutants or flow to the POTW as set forth in this Chapter.

Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit means a Permit issued by the CAB allowing the conditional discharge of industrial Wastewater into the Retail Facilities, pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 403 of the Act.
