Industry Diversity Score definition

Industry Diversity Score is then established for each Xxxxx’x industry classification group by reference to the following table for the related Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score; provided, that if any Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score falls between any two such scores, the applicable Industry Diversity Score will be the lower of the two Industry Diversity Scores:

Industry Diversity Score means, with respect to each DBRS Industry Classification, the number established by reference to the Industry Diversity Score Table set forth in Schedule 3 for the related Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score; provided that, if the Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score falls between any two numbers shown in the Industry Diversity Score Table set forth in Schedule 3, the Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score shall be the lesser of the two.

Industry Diversity Score is then established for each GICS Industry Classification group set out in Schedule 4 by reference to the diversity score table shown below (or such other diversity score table as is published by S&P from time to time) (the “Diversity Score Table”) for the related Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score.
