Industry Documents definition

Industry Documents means all agreements, codes, standards and instruments regulating the generation, transmission, distribution, supply or trading of electricity in Great Britain, including the Grid Code, the ▇▇▇▇ Code, the BSC, the Code Subsidiary Documents, the CUSC, the Master Registration Agreement, any Distribution Code, any Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement and any other connection or use of system agreement with a Transmission Licensee or Licensed Distributor and “Industry Document” shall be construed accordingly;

  • The Supplier shall at all times comply with all Laws and Industry Documents in the provision of the Metering Services.

Industry Documents means all agreements, codes, standards and instruments regulating the generation, transmission, distribution, supply or trading of electricity in Great Britain, including the Grid Code, the SOTO Code, the BSC, the Code Subsidiary Documents, the CUSC, the Master Registration Agreement, any Distribution Code, any Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement and any other connection or use of system agreement with a Transmission Licensee or Licensed Distributor and “Industry Document” shall be construed accordingly;
Industry Documents means all agreements, licences, authorisations and codes (including the Uniform Network Code) or procedures applicable to the Supplier and relating to or necessary for the supply of natural gas to Customer Sites. Information has the meaning given under section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
