Industry Practice definition

Industry Practice means international maritime and/or offshore industry practices.
Industry Practice means exercising the degree of skill, care, diligence, efficiency, prudence and foresight which would be expected from a skilled and competent organisation experienced in managing projects commensurate to the type, size, value and complexity of the Project; Bullying or Harassment Complaint has the meaning of these terms set out in LaunchVic’s Harassment, Discrimination & Bullying Policy, as made available to the Recipient; Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or gazetted public holiday in the place to which the notice, consent or other communication is sent; Claim means any claim, action, demand, suit or proceeding of any nature howsoever arising and whether present or future, fixed or unascertained, actual or contingent whether at law or in connection with this Agreement;
Industry Practice means international maritime and/or offshore industry practices. “MECAL” is the Service provider;

  • Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.

Industry Practice means, in relation to any activity or requirement relevant to this Agreement, the exercise of that degree of skill, care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person engaged in the same type of activity or requirement under the same or similar circumstances and conditions;
Industry Practice means any of the practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the international gas industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods or acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, security, safety and expedition. Industry practice is not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather extends to acceptable international practices, methods and acts exercised generally by the gas industry under similar conditions;
