Infertility Services definition

Infertility Services means gynecological services, treatment of human infertility encompassing the provision of in vitro fertilization and other assisted reproductive services provided by PC or any Physician Employee and Other Professional Employee.

Infertility Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement, except that Physician shall not be prohibited from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.

Examples of Infertility Services in a sentence

• Freezing, storage and thawing of embryos, sperm, or other tissues, for future use, unless the freezing, storage and thawing is needed due to potential iatrogenic infertility as described in Infertility Services in Section 3.

• Refer to Infertility Services for coverage of administered drugs necessary for in vitro fertilization.

• Physician agrees that Physician shall not submit bills for, seek remuneration for, or otherwise collect fees for Infertility Services provided hereunder.

• The term "Infertility Services" and any other capitalized term which is not defined in this Agreement shall have the same definition it has in the Management Agreement.

• Nothing in the foregoing Section 13 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall prevent Physician from using any reproductive endocrine or other concepts relating to Infertility Services which are also applicable to non-ART infertility treatment.

More Definitions of Infertility Services

Infertility Services means those Health Services designed for the primary purpose of successfully fostering and achieving conception and Pregnancy.
