Information Provider means any person (including a ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliate) who provides software, information or the means of obtaining information on security prices, derivative prices, security characteristics data, market reference data derivative prices, foreign exchange, credit ratings, performance measurement or any other information obtained by ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with the Services (including index return providers, security characteristics providers, and value-at-risk providers).

• Within five (5) Business Days after request for copies of such reports by the Rating Agencies, the Special Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable, shall deliver or make available a copy (in electronic format) of each such report prepared by the Special Servicer and the Master Servicer, as applicable, to the 17g-5 Information Provider for posting to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website.

• Once the RAC Requesting Party has sent a request for a Rating Agency Confirmation to the 17g-5 Information Provider, such RAC Requesting Party, may, but shall not be obligated to send such request directly to the Rating Agencies in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 13.10(d).

• Furthermore, the Special Servicer shall promptly deliver such conclusions in writing to the 17g-5 Information Provider for posting to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website for those Mortgage Loans that (i) have one of the ten (10) highest outstanding Stated Principal Balances of all of the Mortgage Loans then included in the Trust or (ii) comprise more than 5% of the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans then included in the Trust.
