Information Provider definition

Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

Information Provider means a third party from whom the Bank sources information for the provision of any of the Bank’s products or services.

Information Provider means the persons or corpora- tions that provide the information, prerecorded message, or interactive program for the information-delivery service.

Morgan Affiliate) who provides software, information or the means of obtaining information on security prices, derivative prices, securitycharacteristics data, market reference data derivative prices, foreign exchange, credit ratings, performance measurement or any other information obtained by J.P. Morgan in connection with the Services (including index return providers, security characteristics providers, and value-at-risk providers).

Xxxxxx Affiliate) who provides software, information or the means of obtaining information on security prices, derivative prices, security characteristics data, market reference data derivative prices, foreign exchange, credit ratings, performance measurement or any other information obtained by X.X. Xxxxxx in connection with the Services (including index return providers, security characteristics providers, and value-at-risk providers).

Information Provider means any third party source, excluding a Third Party Service Provider, from which Proprietary Information may have been gathered.

Information Provider means any entity providing Haywood, either directly or indirectly, with information or processing any such information and includes, but is not limited to, stock exchanges, news service providers and stock alert message providers or any such provider or processor of data or information;
