Examples of Initial Banks in a sentence
Each such Bank shall, on the day of such notification, make a loan to the Borrower, which shall be used to repay the applicable portion of the Initial Bank's loan with respect to such Drawing, in an amount equal to the amount of such Bank's participation in such Drawing, for application to repay the Initial Bank, and shall deliver to the Agent for the Initial Bank's account, on the day of such notification and in immediately available funds, the amount of such loan.
The Company submits, for the benefit of the Initial Banks, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Agents shall take such actions and exercise such remedies as may be directed by any of the Initial Banks, it being understood and agreed that any sale of Collateral shall be conducted by the Disposition Agents and that any Secured Party may purchase the Collateral for its own account at any such sale.
Liquidity Provider may not assign its rights or delegate its obligations under this Agreement, except with the prior written consent of each of the Initial Banks, and any purported assignment or delegation without such prior written consent shall be void and of no effect.
Interest shall be payable by Liquidity Provider to the Banks on the amount paid to purchase Shares pursuant to this Section 3 at the applicable LIBOR rate as determined by the Initial Banks plus Spread.
