Initial Capital Contributions definition

Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

More Definitions of Initial Capital Contributions

Initial Capital Contributions means all amounts contributed (or deemed to be contributed) to the Company as a Capital Contribution by the Members under Section 3.1.
Initial Capital Contributions means the Interests held in Wireless Properties and Global Telecom, to be agreed to by the Groups in terms of Section 2.1(b) of the Subscription Agreement, to be transferred to the Company by each of the Groups in accordance with Section 2 of the Subscription Agreement.
