Initial Certification definition

Initial Certification. As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

More Definitions of Initial Certification

Initial Certification. With respect to each Custodian, the certification required to be executed by such Custodian and delivered on the Closing Date to the Depositor and the Trustee in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit G pursuant to Section 2.02 of this Agreement.
Initial Certification. A certification as to the completeness of each Trustee Mortgage Loan File substantially in the form of Exhibit 2-A hereto provided by the Trustee (or the Custodian) on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.03(c)(1) hereof.
