The Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-1 Variable Pay Revolving Notes, Class A-2 Variable Pay Revolving Notes and Class A-3 Variable Pay Revolving Notes, shall have an initial principal amount equal to the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, Initial Class A-1 Variable Pay Revolving Note Balance, Initial Class A-2 Variable Pay Revolving Note Balance and Initial Class A-3 Variable Pay Revolving Note Balance, respectively.
