Initial Credit Facility definition

Initial Credit Facility means the credit or loan agreement to be entered into by the Company prior to the Merger, as agreed upon by the C&E Representative and Swedish Match.

Initial Credit Facility means the revolving credit agreement dated as of the Initial Closing Date among the Initial Credit Facility Provider, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Cash Manager, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms and as so replaced and so designated pursuant to Section 3.12(e)(iii) hereof.

Initial Credit Facility means a Facility as defined in the Initial Credit Facility Agreement.

• On the date of initial issuance of the Bonds, the Borrower shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to the Trustee the Initial Credit Facility which provides for the payment of the Purchase Price of Bonds tendered for purchase and not remarketed as provided in the Indenture.

More Definitions of Initial Credit Facility

Initial Credit Facility means the initial Credit Facility delivered to, and accepted by, the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.08(e).
