Examples of Initial Dollar Principal Amount in a sentence
On any day occurring on or after the date on which the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of any tranche of Notes is reduced to less than 5% of its Initial Dollar Principal Amount, the Transferor (if the Transferor is the Servicer or an Affiliate of the Servicer) has the right, but not the obligation, to redeem such tranche of Notes in whole but not in part, pursuant to Section 1202 of the Indenture.
