Initial Effective Time definition

Initial Effective Time means the date and time that the SEC declared effective the registration statement pursuant to which Common Stock was sold in the IPO.
Initial Effective Time means 8:30 a.m. prevailing Eastern Time on the date that is one business day prior to the closing of the Offering.
