Initial Engineering Report definition

Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.
Initial Engineering Report means the reserve engineering report with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties of Restricted Persons prepared as of March 1, 2013 by Staff Engineers, a copy of which report has been delivered to Administrative Agent.
Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report dated as of December 31, 2014, prepared by Xxx Xxxxxxx & Associates, Inc.

Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning oil and gas properties of Related Persons dated July 1, 1997, prepared by Rydex Xxxxx Xxxpany.
