Initial Liquidity Facility Provider definition

Initial Liquidity Facility Provider means the “Liquidity Facility Provider” under the Series Supplement for the Initial Notes.
Initial Liquidity Facility Provider means BOA, and its successors and permitted assigns; provided that, if the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider is replaced by any Replacement Liquidity Facility Provider, the term “Initial Liquidity Facility Provider” shall be deemed to refer to such Replacement Liquidity Facility Provider and any subsequent Replacement Liquidity Facility Provider that replaces any prior Replacement Liquidity Facility Provider.

  • A certificate as to the amount of such payment or liability delivered to the Borrower by the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), or by the Administrative Agent on its own behalf or on behalf of the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
