Examples of Initial Mortgages in a sentence
Domestic Borrowers and the Subsidiary Guarantors have executed and delivered pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement, the Initial Mortgages and shall from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement execute and deliver Additional Mortgages, in each case securing a Real Property Asset owned by such Domestic Borrower or Subsidiary Guarantor (the Initial Mortgages and the Additional Mortgages are referred to herein as the "Mortgages").
Such security interest shall be granted in the Initial Mortgages or in such other instruments as the Lender may reasonably require, and the Borrower shall execute and deliver such UCC financing statements as the Lender may reasonably require in connection therewith.

Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement on the Restatement Date, Parent will grant the Lender the Initial Mortgages with respect to the Janesville, WI Parcel and the Glencoe, MN Parcel.
Upon a Default under Section 39, if the Escrow Mortgages have not yet been recorded, Lenders may record the Escrow Mortgages, and obtain a mortgagee's title insurance policy on the Initial Mortgages and the Escrow Mortgages.
