Initial Note A Holder definition

Initial Note A Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

Initial Note A Holder means collectively, the Initial Note A-1 Holder and the Initial Note A-2 Holder.

Initial Note A Holder means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the Initial Note A Holder/WFB, the Initial Note A Holder/DBRI and the Initial Note A Holder/MSBNA.
