Initial Note Holder definition

Initial Note Holder means each of the Initial Note A-1 Holder, the Initial Note A-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-3-1 Holder, the Initial Note A-3-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-4 Holder, the Initial Note A-5-1 Holder, the Initial Note A-5-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-6 Holder and the Initial Note A-7 Holder.

Initial Note Holder means each of the Note A-1 Holder and the Note A-2 Holder named on the cover page hereof.

Initial Note Holder or “Initial Note Holders” shall mean, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, Barclays, JPM and WFB in their respective capacity as initial holder of their respective Notes as more particularly set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

Examples of Initial Note Holder in a sentence

• Each Non-Controlling Note Holder (if it is not the Lead Securitization Note Holder) shall provide notice of its identity and contact information (including any change thereof) to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer; provided, that each Initial Note Holder shall be deemed to have provided such notice on the date hereof.

• The preceding sentence shall not be construed to grant to a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder the benefit of any representation or warranty made by such Initial Note Holder or any document delivery obligation imposed on such Initial Note Holder under any mortgage loan purchase and sale agreement, instrument of transfer or other document or instrument that may be executed or delivered by such Initial Note Holder in connection with the Lead Securitization.

• The servicing fee payable to the Initial Servicer shall be as agreed to by all of the Initial Note Holders and paid out of collection on the Mortgage Loan by each Initial Note Holder on a pro rata basis in accordance with its Pro Rata Share.

More Definitions of Initial Note Holder

Initial Note Holder means any Initial Note A Holder or Initial Note B Holder.

Initial Note Holder and “Initial Note Holders” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

Initial Note Holder or “Initial Note Holders” shall mean, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, Initial Note A-1 Holder, Initial Note A-2 Holder, Initial Note A-3 Holder, Initial Note A-4 Holder, Initial Note A-5 Holder, Initial Note A-6 Holder, Initial Note A-7 Holder, Initial Note A-8 Holder, Initial Note A-9 Holder, Initial Note A-10 Holder, Initial Note A-11 Holder, Initial Note A-12 Holder, Initial Note A-13 Holder, and Initial Note A-14 Holder.

Initial Note Holder means each of the Note A-1-1 Holder, the Note A-1-2 Holder, the Note A-1-3 Holder, the Note A-1-4 Holder, the Note A-1-5 Holder, the Note A-1-6 Holder, the Note A-2-1 Holder, the Note A-2-2 Holder, the Note A-2-3 Holder, the Note A-2-4 Holder, the Note A-2-5 Holder, the Note A-2-6 Holder, the Note A-3-1 Holder, the Note A-3-2 Holder, the Note A-3-3 Holder, the Note A-3-4 Holder, the Note A-3-5 Holder, the Note A-4-1 Holder, the Note A-4-2 Holder, the Note A-4-3 Holder, the Note A-4-4 Holder, the Note A-4-5 Holder, the Note A-4-6 Holder, the Note A-5-1 Holder, the Note A-5-2 Holder, the Note A-5-3 Holder and the Note A-5-4 Holder named on the cover page hereof.
