Initial Options definition

Initial Options means Options granted during or at the completion of an IPO.
Initial Options means those Options granted under this --------------- Plan as of the Effective Date as set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
Initial Options means those options granted to each Eligible Director who becomes a member of the Board automatically on the date of his or her initial election as a director of the Company.
