Initial Plat definition

Initial Plat means the subdivision plat(s) of the Real Estate.
Initial Plat means that certain Piet of Towne Park Subdivision filed with respect to the real estate described on Exhibit I in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on August 29, 1983.

  • For options granted prior to October 1, 2005, the option price equaled the lesser of: (a) the average of the fair market value of a share of common stock on each of the first five trading days during the applicable period, or (b) the average of the fair market value of a share of common stock on each of the last five trading days during such period, with a floor price of not less than 15% of the fair market value of the stock on the last trading day of the applicable period.

  • Class “A” Members of the Residential Association shall be all Owners of property designated as residential or live/work on the Initial Plat or any portion of a mixed-use Building wherein the residential portion is separately owned, except Declarant for so long as Declarant remains a Class “B” Member.

  • The Residential Association is the entity responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and control of the Common Area within the portions of the Property which are designated residential on the Initial Plat or in a residential mixed-use Building if the residential portion of the Building is separately owned and located outside of Village Center.Commercial Association.

  • The area designated as Club/Fitness Center Site on the Initial Plat shall initially be owned by the Developer and all improvements constructed thereon shall be constructed by the Developer.

  • Every Owner of a Lot designated as commercial or mixed-use on the Initial Plat shall be a Member of the Commercial Association.

  • If any area in the proposed subdivision lies within the Huntsville Airport 65 DNL Noise Zone, the Airport Noise statement in Appendix I shall be included on the Initial Plat.
