The terms of this Agreement shall not become effective until the Initial Public Offering Date.
This Agreement shall commence upon the Initial Public Offering Date and shall continue until December 31, 2003 (the “Initial Term”).
Each party agrees to execute and deliver to the other party in a timely fashion all such documents and reports as are reasonably requested by the other party with respect to forecasting and budgeting, production, inventory, equipment maintenance, parts usage, and shipments, including Bills of Lading, routine correspondence with customers, releases, and all reports and supporting documents that were commonly provided prior to the Initial Public Offering Date.
