Initial Put Notice definition

Initial Put Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
Initial Put Notice means the first Put Notice delivered to Purchaser pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Initial Put Notice has the meaning assigned to it in paragraph 4D(i)(a) of this Agreement.

  • The Investor shall notify the Company as soon as possible, but in any event within three Business Days of receiving an Initial Put Notice, if the Investor believes Investor's purchase of the Initial Put Shares specified in the Initial Put Notice would result in the Investor exceeding the 4.99% limitation described above.
