The Company shall have caused to be delivered to Investor, within five (5) Trading Days of the effective date of the Initial Put Notice and each subsequent Put Notice, an opinion of the Company's legal counsel in the form of Exhibit C-1 and C-2 hereto, addressed to Investor.
