Initial Rate of Interest definition

Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Initial Rate of Interest means the initial Rate of Interest that is either specified hereon or calculated in accordance with the provisions hereon;
Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified hereon.
